Hardware & Network

Yes. You get exclusive use of an entire Apple Mac mini M4 physical machine — not a VM or shared container. Native Apple Silicon performance, dedicated GPU / Neural Engine, full macOS environment with freedom to install any app.

Unlike VPS, we provide real Apple hardware supporting Xcode, Core ML, and all native macOS toolchains.

Each device comes with 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth, not shared with other users, and is assigned a dedicated public IPv4 address.

Five nodes are currently available: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and US West. Select on the purchase page as needed. Availability may be limited at some nodes; order early.

Connection & Operations

After signing in to the console, click the 「noVNC」 button on the instance detail page to launch the graphical remote interface directly in your browser — no plugins required.

To use a native VNC client (e.g. macOS Screen Sharing), open Finder → Go → Connect to Server and enter vnc://your-ip-address.

The noVNC page can also be accessed directly at novnc.html.

After activation, the console displays the full SSH command. Click to copy, then run in your terminal:

ssh username@your-ip-address

The initial password is displayed once in the console after clicking “View”. After first login, it is recommended to switch to SSH key authentication and disable password login.

Three power operation buttons are available in the top-right corner of the instance detail page in the console:Power On(completes within 30 seconds),Power Off(gracefully shuts down macOS before powering off),Restart(for kernel updates or frozen environments).

If the instance is unresponsive for an extended period, please submit a ticket to contact an engineer.

All instances come pre-installed with the latest stable macOS (currently Sequoia). You have full administrator privileges and can upgrade at any time via System Settings → Software Update.

Major version upgrades may affect existing software compatibility. Back up your data before upgrading.
Advanced Services

Using Thunderbolt 5 (120 Gbps bidirectional bandwidth) to physically interconnect multiple Mac minis, forming a high-speed compute cluster for horizontal scaling. Suitable for large-scale AI inference (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), Xcode distributed builds, video rendering, and more.

The Mac mini M4 comes with 256 GB / 512 GB NVMe. For additional space, you can add an NVMe expansion drive (select on the purchase page, available at select nodes), a Thunderbolt 5 external drive, or NFS / SMB network storage.

Billing & Management

After successful payment, the system automatically triggers provisioning. Activation typically completes within 3–5 minutes, and SSH credentials appear directly in the console. If it takes more than 10 minutes, refresh the console or submit a ticket.

If inventory is temporarily limited, an engineer will proactively reach out within 1 hour — no silent order failures.

Sign in to the console and go to “My Instances” to view complete details including CPU, memory, storage, public IP, data center, and OS version.“Billing Center” shows order status, expiration countdown, and payment history.

Before expiration, place a new order on the purchase page, or contact us via ticket to arrange renewal for continuous use of the same instance.
